Previously he worked with his father Mr. Sundaravadivelu who is a tax practitioner as well as an advocate and gained the practical experience from him in a firm Liberty Law Associates. Later on, he took over the firm and started his career in the name of Shyam Sundar & Associates. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a B. Com Graduate practicing primarily in the fields of Direct and Indirect taxes, Audit and Assurance, Company law matters and Foreign exchange matters. He supports startups & initial stage companies to achieve their business goals.
